Homepage Settings: Adding an Additional Carousel

What is a Carousel? 
A Carousel is a website element that displays information in a set of images that can slide, fade, or somehow move into view. It can be comprised of images, texts, videos, or a combination of all of them


1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. On the left column, click on Website Builder, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Homepage Settings



3. From here, you can access all the available options and settings for your event platform homepage; click Add Carousel


4. From here you can see all of the additional carousels created, and make new ones. 
To make a new carousel, click the Add New Carousel link


5. Type in the Carousel information such as: 
Title
Type of Carousel
Type of Content
Type of Category
The title that will be displayed on the homepage


EVA Tip: You can also determine when the Carousel is shown on the homepage (before or after logging in)

6. To save your changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page


EVA Tip: Your changes will show up automatically on the homepage. If you do not see your changes, refresh the page and ensure your cache & cookies are cleared.
