How to add a New User to the Virtual Platform

EVA Tip: This article covers how to add a single user to your virtual platform. For bulk uploading multiple users, click here

1. From the dashboard, click "User" from the left column


2. In the drop-down column click "User"


3. Click the "Add User" button in the upper right corner of the screen


4. Type in the User's information
EVA Tip: Mandatory fields include the User's name, email address, password, event, group, and time zone. 


5. When finished, click the "Add User" button in the bottom left corner of the page
