Supporters List: How to Add Supporters


What are Supporters? 
Supporters are individuals or organizations that provide support to an event financially, or through the provision of products and services.
There are many different types of supporters including sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and donors.

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. On the left column, click on Supporters, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Supporters List



3. Click the Add Supporter button



4. Enter the following mandatory information: 
Organization Name
Organization Unique ID



5. Add in any additional information, links, and/or assets (PDFs, slide decks, etc.)


6. Select the Supporter's status and type

7. Click the Add button at the bottom of the page to finish adding the Supporter, or click Cancel to discard changes
