Import CSV: What are CSV Sample Files? What are the different CVS Sample File Types?

What is a CSV Sample File?
A "Comma-Separated Values" or CSV File is a text file where information is separated by commas. EVA uses specific CSV files to mass-upload content such as speaker information, exhibitor staff contact information, user names and email addresses, and much more. These CSV files are meant to be used as a guide, so you know how to configure your files for upload. 

Poster CSV Sample File: Uploads information pertaining to posters such as poster titles, content, topics, and categories. It does NOT upload information regarding poster authors. Access the sample file here.

Author CSV Sample File: Uploads information pertaining to poster authors only. Can upload information including poster names, contact information, and credentials. Access the sample file here.

User CSV Sample File: Uploads information about registrants or attendees using the event tech hub. Can upload information including user email addresses, names, social media links, and other contact information. Access the sample file here

Session CSV Sample File: Uploads information pertaining to sessions that will be happening during your event. Can upload information such as session title, start/end dates and times, and Zoom meeting IDs. Access the sample file here.

Speaker CSV Sample File: Uploads information pertaining to speakers that will be presenting during your event. Can upload information such as speaker names, contact information, and credentials. Access the sample file here. 

Zoom Meetings CSV Sample File: Uploads information pertaining to any Zoom meetings that will be used throughout the duration of your event. Uploads and connects information such as Zoom meeting and webinar IDs to their sessions. Access the sample file here. 

Exhibitor Staff CSV Sample File: Uploads information pertaining to individuals who will be staffing any virtual exhibitor booths. Uploads information such as staff names and contact information, and connects them to their corresponding virtual booths. Access the sample file here.

Document Directory CSV Sample File: Uploads information pertaining to any additional documents you may want to add to the event tech hub, including PDFs, brochures, or other content. Uploads information such as document name, description, and file type and connects documents to their corresponding pages on the event tech hub. Access the sample file here.
