Import CSV: How to Download a CSV Sample File

What is a CSV File? 
A "Comma-Separated Values" or CSV File is a text file where information is separated by commas. EVA uses specific CSV files to mass-upload content such as speaker information, exhibitor staff contact information, user names and email addresses, and much more. These CSV files are meant to be used as a guide, so you know how to configure your files for upload. 

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. In the left column, click on Tools, then click Import CSV in the drop-down menu that appears.



3. Select the type of CSV Sample File you want to download

4. Type in the title of the document, and it will automatically start to download
