Speakers: How to Add Speakers to the Event Platform

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. On the left column, click on Sessions, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Speakers



3. Click the Add Speaker button



4. Enter the mandatory information including the following: 
Speaker Unique ID
Speaker Email Address
Speaker First & Last Name
Speaker Type
Speaker Status

 EVA Tip: You can click the Generate Speaker Unique ID button and the system will automatically create a unique speaker ID

5. Add in the following optional information: 
Speaker's credentials, designation, or job title
Speaker's contact information including website, email and physical address, and phone number
Speaker's biography and photograph



6. Click the Social tab to enter a Speaker's social media information including: 
Facebook
LinkedIn
Twitter
YouTube



7. To finish adding this speaker to the event platform, click the green Add button. To discard your changes click the Cancel button
