Session Survey Setup: How to Add a Quiz Field

What is a Quiz Field?
A Quiz Field is a question you can create to add to a review quiz or other evaluation, usually for Continuing Education credits. These questions are meant to test the attendee's knowledge of the material they learned throughout your event. To learn how to add Survey Field questions, click here.



1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. On the left column, click on Sessions, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Session Survey Setup



3. Click the Manage Survey Fields button in the upper right corner



4. Click the Add Quiz Field button in the upper right corner


5. Type in the Quiz Question. You can also add optional information such as a description or passage for the question, or a description/explanation for the answer.

EVA Tip: The default setting for quiz fields is multiple-choice. If you do not see the multi-option text boxes, be sure to scroll down.

6. Add your multiple choice options


7. When finished click Save to save and add this quiz field. To discard your changes click Close
