Sponsors: Individuals or organizations who provide financial support for the right to be associated with a project, event, or program. Sponsors usually receive higher logo placement and more brand exposure, or other benefits such as free or discounted event tickets or access to attendee data. Sponsors can also receive speaking opportunities to hold seminars or workshops at the event.
Exhibitors: Organizations that showcase their product or service at an event, usually in an exhibition or "expo" hall. The event provides spaces for each exhibitor to set up a booth or stand and exhibitors get the chance to interact with attendees. They may pay a participation fee or apply to exhibit at an event, but typically do not provide funding for the event.
Volunteers: Individuals or organizations that spend time doing unpaid work that benefits the event. While volunteers are not compensated monetarily, they usually receive some other benefits such as free or discounted entry into the event, merchandise, experience, or community service hours.
Donors: Individuals or organizations who voluntarily provide support for an event, usually either by donating money or other material resources. These contributions are considered to be gifts, and the donor does not expect compensation (although they may receive benefits similar to sponsors).
