Document Upload: How to Upload Documents

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. In the left column, click on Tools, then click Document Upload in the drop-down menu that appears.



3. On this page, you can see all of the documents that have been uploaded to the platform. Click the green Add Document button in the upper right corner of the screen



4. Type in the title of the document



5. Select the Content Type and Content

6. Select the type of document and attach the file or paste the URL as needed 



7. Optional: Type a Summary


8. Check the box next to Status to make the document visible on the platform



9. Click Add to add the document or click Cancel to discard your changes.
