Session & Speaker Setup: How to Add Session Tracks

What are Session Tracks?
Session Tracks are labels used to identify and organize different sessions by the audience, topic, or date.
Your event can have multiple Session Tracks
Some common Session Tracks include:
  1. Continuing Education (CE) Credit-Hour Track
  2. Poster Sessions
  3. Best Practices
  4. Workshops

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. On the left column, click on Sessions, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Session and Speaker Setup


3. Click the Add Session Track button


4. Enter the Track Title (the name of the track), set it to Active, and click the Add button
