Matchmaking: how to view matches and create appointments

1. Access the event platform using the link or URL provided by the event organizer

2. At the top of the page, click the Login button

3. Login using the credentials you used to register for the event

4. Hover your mouse over your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and select View Profile

5. Click the Matchmaking button on the left column of your profile

6. Click on the Matches tab

7. From here you can see everyone on the platform that you matched up with, along with what categories you have in common with that person

8. Click the Make Appointments button next to the person you want to meet with; a window will pop up with the times that person is available to meet

9. Select the time you want to meet, and the venue, and click Submit. This will send the attendee an invitation to meet with you. 

EVA Tip: You can have meetings using your own video conferencing software, just select External Link and paste the joining link in the space provided

EVA Tip: This process sends the recipient only an invitation to meet with you. They still have to click "accept" on their end for the meeting to go through and be scheduled.
