Poster Authors: How to Edit & Delete Poster Authors

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. In the left column, click on Posters, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Authors



3. You can see all of the Poster Authors you have created here. To edit a Poster Author click the green button with the checkbox icon under Action next to the poster author you want to edit



4. You can edit all of the following details:
  1. Unique ID
  2. Email Address
  3. Author Role
  4. First & Last Name
  5. Credentials
  6. Organization
  7. Country

5. To save your changes and add the author, click the Add button. To discard your changes click the Close button


6. To delete a poster author, click the red button with the trashcan icon under Action next to the poster author you want to delete.
