Posters: How to Add Posters

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. In the left column, click on Posters, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Posters



3. Click the Add Poster button.



4. Under the Poster Details tab, you can enter the following information:
  1. Poster Title
  2. Unique ID
  3. Submission type, category, & topic
You can also upload files, and type in the poster details such as background, abstract, or financial aid disclosure in the spaces provided



5. To upload additional files click the Files tab. Enter the file name, and upload the file



6. To attach links, click the Links tab. Add the links in the spaces provided



7. To connect authors to their posters, click the Authors tab. Select the Main Author and Co-Author from the dropdown list provided

EVA Tip: To learn how to create Poster Authors, click here. 

8. To save your changes and add the poster, click the Add button. To discard your changes click the Cancel button.
