Document Upload: How to Edit and Delete Documents

1. To make edits to the event platform page, log into the event platform and access the admin page

EVA Tip: You can only make changes to the event platform with Admin access


2. In the left column, click on Tools, and in the drop-down menu that appears, click Document Upload



3. To edit a Document click the green button with the checkbox icon under Action next to the Document you want to edit.



4. You can change the following: Title, Content Type and Content, Document Type, Summary, and Status. 

5. To save your changes and add the forum topic click Update. To discard your changes click Cancel

EVA Tip: Click on the black trashcan icon to remove the document file or URL


6. To delete a Document, click the red button with the trashcan icon under Action next to the Document you want to delete
